About

A movement is made of people.

Unhooked is a movement by and for young people taking back their attention. We make content with a crew of young creators, run workshops and organise all kinds of events around attention. Unhooked is carried by Ethercentrum vzw, a recognised youth organisation that also sets up research on attention among young people.

• It's not you.
• It's built this way.
• You can take it back.
